What Togglepad is

Togglepad is a web application for building and playing sound pads. You need an account to use it. The service is provided by Industrial IT, based in the Netherlands.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

One account is for one person. You can close it at any time; doing so removes your pads and your uploads.

What you upload

Your uploads stay yours. We store them so the service can work, and we do not share them, sell them or add them to the built-in library.

You may only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful. We may remove material that breaks this and, in serious cases, close the account.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Free and paid plans

The free plan has limits on storage, number of sounds and number of pads. Those limits can change; if they change to your disadvantage we will say so in advance.

Liability

Togglepad is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost work or lost income arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Substantial changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
